SheetMetal Solutions, Inc. offers programming as both an on-site and off-site service and can cover most popular punch press turrets, cutting machines (laser, plasma, oxygen cutting, and water jet), and combination machines covered by Metalsoft’s FabriWIN or Amada’s AP100US software. This includes, but is not limited to, such manufacturers as Amada, Strippit, Trumpf, Wiedemann, Nisshinbo, Mazak, Mitsubishi, Bystronics, Komatsu, Esab, Flow, as well as many others. In most cases we can offer same day or next day turnaround on small projects.
Off-site programming can be performed from paper prints or electronic file media (.dxf, .dwg, .igs, .pdf, etc.). This service may also include flat part layout and/or reverse engineering. Users of Metalsoft’s FabriWIN or Amada’s AP100US software can be provided with part files (.prt), sheet files (.sht), and NC files (.nc, .gcd, .txt, etc.) if requested. (Note: not all versions are compatible; ask us about your specific version.) Customers using software other than the above stated will be provided with NC files only.
